Tired of being all things to all people? Are you stressed out? Ever wish that you could run away? 

My life was out of control.  I do not mean chaotic.  There was lots of order and structure in my life. You know the kind, Each day I would get up, get the kids off, go to work, go to bed and start the same grind over the next morning.  I woke up one morning and found that I was gone.

 I had disappeared in my role as mommy, wife, friend, sister, worker — Rayna was nowhere to be found. Can you relate? 

It is women who bear the burdens of this society.  We alone have the ability to give birth.  We are the glue for our families, friends and employers. We are friend/coach/nurse/teacher/driver/motivator and much more. Are we appreciated for this?  Sometimes.  But mostly we are told that we are not good enough. We are bombarded with images on television, magazines and the like telling us that we must have bigger/smaller breasts and botox to be attractive to our mate, we must cater to the desires of our children to be better parents and we need to plan for our future lives instead of living today.  When I realized this I made some decisions.

I decided enough is enough

If you have never felt like this – congratulations.  I wish you well.  You will have no use for my book, my company or me.

However, if you are tired of spinning your wheels and want to live the life that you desire, welcome home.    Welcome to Pleasure Principle.
